Green Apple has relationships with third parties to assist us in providing products and services to our customers.  These services providers include but are not limited to LastPass, WP Engine, Google Domain, Google Workspace, MailChimp, Elementor, Gravity Forms, Mail Chimp Plugin, One Click Accessibility, Popup Maker, Yoast SEO, WP Dashboard Notes, UpdraftPlus – Backup/Restore, WP Rocket, Google Site Kit, Unyson Page Builder, Facebook, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Business Profile, and Bing Webmaster Tools.  These service providers are authorized to use your information only as necessary to provide services to Green Apple.

From time to time, Green Apple may seek to enhance our services by leveraging third party services and platforms improve the experience of visiting and using our Website, including Facebook, Google, Yahoo, and other social media platforms Green Apple may join with in the future. We are not responsible for the content and privacy policies of these third parties.  Please refer to their individual Terms of Service and Privacy Policy statements to better understand how they collect and use your data.

Finally, we never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.

Transactional Information:  Information that is processed by Green Apple customers is stored for the minimum time necessary to process the information.  

Marketing:  Information collected is used for marketing purposes until a customer or prospects opt-out.

Opt-out Right for Personal Information Sales

While consumers have the right to request to opt-out of the sale of PI to third parties, and Green Apple would comply with this right, it is imperative to note that Green Apple does not sell any PI to any third parties.  Only you or a person registered with the California Secretary of State that you authorize to act on your behalf, may make a verifiable consumer request related to your personal information.  You may also make a verifiable consumer request on behalf of your minor child.  You must provide Green Apple with enough information to enable us to verify who you are, that you have the right to make this request, and with sufficient further detail that allows Green Apple to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to the request.

Right of Disclosure or Access

You have a right to request disclosure of your PI and to receive additional details regarding the PI Green Apple collects and its use purposes, including any third parties with which Green Apple shares information.  

Right of Data Portability

In Response to a request for disclosure, Green Apple will provide you with your personal information in a readily usable format to enable you to transmit the information from one entity to another entity without hinderance.

Right to Deletion/Erasure (The Right to be Forgotten)

You have the right to request deletion of your PI Green Apple has collected.

Non-Discrimination

Green Apple will not discriminate against a consumer because they exercise their rights.

Responding to Rights Requests

Green Apple will:

  • Comply with a verifiable consumer request.
  • Respond within 45 days after receipt, potentially extendable once for another 45 to 90 days on consumer notification.  If we require more time (up to 90 days), we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing.  We will deliver our written response by mail or electronically, at your option.
  • Inform the consumer of the reasons for not taking the action.  If Green Apple is unable to take action on a request, we will explain why in our response to you.
  • Provide the information free of charge, unless the request is manifestly unfounded or excessive.
  • Consumers may only make most information requests twice a year and only for a twelve-month look-back.
  • There are no limits on deletion and do not sell requests.
